Dave Phillips, president of Philgreen Construction has over 30 years success in the construction industry. He has been a licensed general contractor in Northern Colorado Since 1985. He has attained the designation of LEED AP Homes, and was instrumental as team lead on the first single family LEED Gold home in Colorado. His attention to product innovation and customer service is an indicator of why Philgreen has been and continues to be a leader in this competitive industry.

Mitchell Greeno, vice president of Philgreen Construction, has been in construction project management for over a decade. He has been responsible for the construction of a variety homes in all price ranges. Mitchell utilizes his leadership skills by working closely with suppliers and subcontractors, assuring the quality and timelines of the project is attained. His collaboration skills are exceptional, whether working with designers, clients and tradesmen, or his award winning work with the Historical Society of Fort Collins in the restoration of a city landmark, originally known as the BeeBe Clinic.
